About Our Facility
The Florida Hand Center is the only facility from Tampa to Miami that focuses exclusively on treatments of hand and arm conditions. Florida Hand Center has two locations; one in Port Charlotte, Florida in the Murdock Circle Executive Center, adjacent to Charlotte County government complex. In March of 2014, we expanded to Fort Myers to better serve our Bonita Springs, Naples, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral patients. This office is conveniently located off the Daniels Parkway and Metro area near Gulf Coast Hospital. The Florida Hand Center was founded in 1999 by Dr. Stephen Helgemo, assisted by an experienced and compassionate staff.
